बाकी tools की तरह Midjourney की कोई सीधी website नहीं है (हालांकि अब Alpha site आ रही है)। इसे Discord app के ज़रिये इस्तेमाल किया जाता है। आपको /imagine कमांड टाइप करके अपना 'Prompt' (विवरण) देना होता है, और अगले 30 सेकंड में 4 बेहतरीन चित्र तैयार हो जाते हैं।

- Text in Images: पहले AI images में टेक्स्ट (e.g. Neon board पर नाम) हमेशा बिगड़ जाता था। V6 में आप जो स्पेलिंग लिखवाने कहेंगे, वो बिल्कुल सही छप कर आएगी।
- Photorealism: Skin के pores, आँखों में ख़ुशी की नमी, और बालों की बारीकी इतनी अच्छी होती है कि कोई पहचान ही नहीं सकता कि यह AI ने बनाई है।
- Vary (Region) & Inpainting: पूरी फोटो में अगर आपको सिर्फ किरदार का चश्मा बदलना है, तो उस हिस्से को select करके नया प्रॉम्प्ट देकर सिर्फ उसी को बदल सकते हैं।
